The Heritage Club

We all want to leave something by which we will be remembered. Although making sure that our loved ones will be taken care of is foremost in our minds, for many of us this is not enough. We want to know that we did something more - something that will help others and will serve humanity. You can give the thousands of persons suffering from kidney disease hope for a better life, even after yours is over, through the National Kidney Foundation's Planned Giving Program. Your financial contribution to fight kidney disease can come by way of your will, life insurance, real estate, or gifts of securities, and your estate can even enjoy a tax break.

The Heritage Club was established to recognize individuals who have included the National Kidney Foundation in their wills, insurance policies, retirement plans, or other planned gift instruments. All club members receive a beautiful gold lapel pin in recognition of their planned gift, and their name will be on a permanent plaque in the affiliate's office. Presently, the National Kidney Foundation of Middle Tennessee has three Heritage Club Members. If you have named the National Kidney Foundation of Middle Tennessee in your will, please let us know so we can recognize you appropriately and add your name to the plaque.
