Donation Program
The
National Kidney Foundation of Middle Tennessee began the
Kidney Cars with the intent to make vehicle donation fast
and simple. For the past ten years the NKF of Middle Tennessee
has guaranteed complete and accurate ADOT title processing,
IRS approved receipts and fast free towing. We are the experts!
There
are a several ways to donate your vehicle:
- If you live in the following counties: Davidson, Williamson,
Rutherford, Bedford, Cannon, Cheatham, Coffee, DeKalb, Dickson, Marshall, Maury, Robertson, Sumner, Warren and Wilson counties you can download the vehicle donation form below. Please mail the donation form along with the
following: Affidavit of Gift Form, your Signed Title, P.O.A., and odometer disclosure statement to the NKF of Middle Tennessee.
- If you live outside the any of the above listed counties you can
call 1-800-488-CARS (2277) to receive a packet or click here.
- Or you can call the NKF of Middle Tennessee to complete the vehicle
donation form and they will walk you through providing the additional documents necessary to complete your donation

The
NKF of Middle Tennessee accepts vehicles that are both running
and not, however the vehicle must:

Have
all the parts necessary to run. (even if it doesn't run)

Have
two inflated tires on either the front or rear of the
vehicle.

Be
accessable for towing.

Please
be sure to include
Once
NKF of Middle Tennessee receives your donation packet the
towing company will contact you to schedule an immediate
pick up time for your donation. Please be sure to remove
all personal items from the vehicle including the license
plate. Your receipt will be sent within 2-3 weeks once the
title is changed over into the National Kidney Foundation
of Middle Tennessee’s name.

donation process begins right here by completing the Vehicle
Donation Form. You can submit this form online or download
it and mail it to the NKF of Middle Tennessee with your
donation packet.
